I’m Cailee!

I’ve been grinding for over a decade as a senior CX leader in the tech space and mompreneur. I thought I had no upper limits until anxiety and burnout caught up with me and my 70+ hour workweeks, resulting in frequent heart palpitations and a serious period of reevaluating my values and priorities as a wife and mother.

I’m on a journey to build my life around who I love and what I enjoy, and I plan to share my adventure here – the challenges, successes, and learnings along the way.

Work hard, but don’t let work consume your life. LIVE. Set goals that are small and realistic. They will naturally grow over time. Stay strong, but don’t let your strength turn into sharp edges that end up hurting you or those you care about. LOVE. Hugging is a universal language. So is laughter. We’re all in this together.
